Capturing heirloom photos is one of the most important aspects of being a wedding photographer. Along with being present, welcoming, and joyful. My main goal is to show up for my couples in every aspect... I want to perfectly blend into your day, as if I were a guest who is supposed to be there.

STEP 01

Call or meet up
STEP 02
Next, let's set up a call so we can get to know each other better and make sure we're a great match! This is also your chance to ask any questions you might have. After our chat, you'll have a week to lock in your date with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer.
Picture time
STEP 03
Next, we'll coordinate a date for your engagement session. Following the session, I'll need 2-4 weeks to deliver your complete gallery, though timing may vary seasonally.
Wedding day questionnaire

Next, I'll send you a wedding questionnaire to help us establish a comprehensive timeline. I recommend scheduling meetings at two key points: 4-5 months before your wedding and again 1-2 months prior (if needed). These check-ins ensure your timeline stays on track and keep all vendors—including your DJ, venue, and videographer—aligned and coordinated.
Wedding Day

On the wedding day, my team and I will show up and complete our roles to the best of our ability.
What if I couldn't show up due to an emergency or sickness? Great Question! This is why I include second shooters in all packages. Not only are they great for different angles, but they also ensure that someone else is always lined up to capture your day! They would know my vision, the vibe, etc.! I will still edit everything and will be sure to communicate anything and everything to you!
After your wedding, I will need roughly 8 weeks to complete your entire wedding gallery. I individually edit every photo by hand. Art takes time, and I appreciate your support and patience!
